The Custom plan starts at €1,500 plus €125/month and is scoped with you before we quote — booking systems, client portals, calculators and dashboards sit here.
Contract, ownership and cancellation
The terms most pricing pages leave off the page — which is exactly why people assume there is a catch. Here they are instead.
It's one plan, two ways to pay
Starter and Own It are the same 5-page site. Own It is €599 paid once; Starter is the same build paid off over 12 monthly payments of €50. Once a site is paid for — straight away on Own It, after the 12th payment on Starter — it's yours either way, and €15/month optional keeps it hosted and patched from there.
Leaving before Starter is paid off
If you need to exit a Starter term before the 12 payments are done, you pay whichever is less: the months remaining, or €599. We cap it deliberately, because a tie-in you cannot afford to break is not a fair deal at this price point.
Taking the code once it's paid for
On Own It, the code was always yours — handing it over is free, any time, no exceptions. On Starter, once the 12 payments are done the site is yours too, for a one-off €50 fee to hand over the files and domain. That fee is the one real difference between paying once and paying monthly.
Price changes
Your monthly rate is fixed for your term, on either plan. Own It's first 12 months of hosting and security are free; Starter's 12 payments build up to the same ownership. The €15 care plan after that carries no price increase for as long as you stay on it, on either plan.
Anything outside the plan
Extra pages, new features and design work beyond your plan are quoted before any work starts. You will never receive an invoice for something you did not agree to in advance.
If you want WordPress instead
We build WordPress on request, from €1,200 plus a €90/month care plan. We will usually argue for a static site first — nothing to hack, no plugin bills, and it loads faster — but it is your call and we will tell you honestly which one suits what you are doing.
Before you pay for any of this
Irish small businesses can often get part of a website funded. The Local Enterprise Office grant and the Grow Digital Voucher have different eligibility rules, so it is worth checking both — some businesses qualify for one and not the other. We will quote in the format the application asks for.
What's not included
At this price there are trade-offs, and you should know what they are before you commit rather than after.
Ecommerce and payments
The plans above do not include a shop, a checkout or payment processing. If you need to sell online that is Custom work, and we would rather scope it properly than squeeze it into a €50/month plan.
Copywriting from scratch
We will edit, structure and tighten what you give us, and we will tell you what is missing. We do not research and write a business's entire site from nothing as part of the monthly plan.
Photography and video
We work with the images you have and can point you at stock that does not look like stock. Original photography is a separate cost, and for trades and hospitality it is usually worth paying for.
Ongoing SEO campaigns
Every site ships with the basics done properly — structure, speed, metadata, Google Business Profile. That is not the same as a monthly SEO retainer, and we do not sell one.
Paid advertising management
We do not run Google Ads or social campaigns. We will happily build the landing pages a campaign points at.
Unlimited changes
Starter and Business include one content update a month. That covers what most small businesses actually need; if you need more, say so and we will put you on the right plan rather than invoicing you per edit.

Common questions about web design pricing in Ireland
Which plan should I choose?
Starter and Own It are the same website — the only question is how you'd rather pay for it. If cash flow matters more right now, take Starter: nothing upfront, €50 a month for 12 months, and we carry the build. If you'd rather pay it off in one go, take Own It: €599 once, with the first year of hosting included free. Either way, once it's paid for, €15 a month is all it costs to keep it hosted and looked after. If you need more than five pages, a blog, or multi-service enquiry forms, that is the Bigger Brochure option from €900. Anything with a database behind it — a portal, a calculator, a dashboard — is Custom from €1,500, and we scope it with you before quoting.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, and most of the movement is Starter to a larger brochure site as a business grows and needs more pages. Moving from Starter to Own It part-way through a term is also possible — talk to us and we will work out the balance rather than charging you twice for the same site.
What counts as a content update?
Text changes, swapping images, updating prices, opening hours, staff or service details, adding a testimonial — the ordinary edits a business actually needs. It does not cover designing a new page from scratch, building a new feature, or a redesign. The Starter plan includes one a month. For standalone or Own-It sites, content updates start from €25/month.
What does a 5-page website cost?
€599 once-off if you'd rather pay it in one go, or €50/month for 12 months if you'd rather spread it out — the same site either way. Once it's paid for, €15/month optional keeps it hosted and secure from there. Both options include fast static delivery, domain and SSL.
Who owns the website and the domain?
The domain is registered in your name from day one, on either plan — it is yours, not ours, and we will transfer it on request. The site itself works the same way: on Own It the source code is yours from day one, free to take any time. On Starter, once the 12 payments are done the site is yours too, for a one-off €50 handover fee. Nothing we build locks you into a proprietary platform: these are static sites, and the files are portable to any host.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay — hosting, domain, SSL, security and maintenance are all included in the monthly fee. The only extras are things you choose to add later, like additional pages or features, which we'll always quote before doing any work.
What happens if I cancel?
If you need to exit a Starter term before the 12 payments are done, you pay whichever is less: the remaining months, or €599. Once the 12 payments are complete, the site is yours — you can walk away for a one-off €50 handover fee, or stay on the €15/month care plan with no minimum term.
What happens after the free year on Own It, or once Starter is paid off?
Either way you can continue on the €15/month care plan — month-to-month, no minimum term, no price increase — or leave. On Own It leaving is free, any time: you already own the site, so there's nothing to buy back. On Starter, once the 12 payments are done, leaving costs a one-off €50 to hand over the files. Either way we transfer the domain and you arrange your own hosting and edits from there.
