Commission-Free Ordering Websites for Irish Restaurants
Stop Paying 30% to JustEat and UberEats
The delivery platforms are necessary evils, but they eat your margins. In 2026, the smartest restaurants are using a "Hybrid Strategy." Use the apps for discovery, but convert loyal customers to your own website for re-ordering.
Own Your Menu, Own Your Customer
We don't use PDF menus. We build Mobile-First Digital Menus. Change prices in seconds, take direct orders, and keep 100% of the profit.
Instant Updates
Ran out of Sea Bass? Change the menu on your phone in seconds. No waiting for a web designer.
Direct Ordering
Integrate with your kitchen printer or tablet. Streamline your Saturday night rush.
Data Ownership
When they order on JustEat, JustEat owns the data. With us, you get their email for marketing your Christmas menu.
Visual Appetite Appeal
High-speed image optimization ensures your food looks irresistible instantly.
Why Restaurants Switch to Direct Ordering
The apps take 30%. Your website takes 0%. Here's how we make it work.
Zero Commission
Every order goes straight to your pocket. No more giving away 30% of your hard-earned margin to delivery platforms.
QR Code Menus
Scan-to-order from the table. Update prices, add specials, or 86 items in real-time from your phone.
Own Your Data
Build an email list of your loyal customers. Promote your Christmas menu or Valentine's special directly to people who love your food.
What should a restaurant website have on it?
Someone deciding where to eat tonight wants a few things fast. These six matter most.
The menu as a real web page
Every dish and every price as text on the page, not locked inside a PDF or a photo of a printed card. It reads properly on a phone and Google can actually see what you serve.
Opening hours that are right
The hours on your site, your Google listing and your door should match. Nothing loses a booking faster than someone arriving at nine to a locked kitchen. Holiday hours matter most — that's when people check.
A phone number you can tap
Half your bookings still come by phone. The number belongs at the top of every page as a tap-to-call link, not typed into a footer image somebody has to write down.
Photos of your own food
Your room, your plates, your staff. Stock photos of a generic burger tell a customer nothing about whether your place is worth the drive on a wet Tuesday.
Where you are, and parking
Address, a map, and the practical bit nobody writes down — where to park, which end of the street, whether there's a step at the door. It saves you phone calls.
A way to book or order without ringing
A booking form or an order button that works at eleven at night when your phone is off. Bookings placed after service are bookings you'd otherwise never hear about.
What does it cost?
Published prices, nothing to chase. We build your homepage design first — you pay nothing until you approve it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a restaurant website cost in Ireland?
Our Starter plan is €0 upfront and €50/month all in — a 5-page site, hosting, domain, SSL, security, one content update a month and Google Business Profile setup, for 12 monthly payments — then it's yours. If you'd rather pay it once it's €599, with the first year of hosting free and an optional €15/month after that. Bigger sites with a blog and booking forms are the Bigger Brochure plan, from €900. Full detail on our pricing page.
Do I need a website if I'm already on Instagram and the delivery apps?
You need something you own. Instagram is great for showing tonight's specials but it's a poor place to find opening hours, and it doesn't rank in Google for "pizza near me". The delivery apps put you in front of new customers but they sit between you and that customer forever. A website is the one address that's yours, that both channels can point at, and that nobody can change the terms on.
How do I get my restaurant to show up on Google?
Two separate things. A verified Google Business Profile puts you in the map pack for "restaurants near me" — it's free and we set it up on every plan. Then your website needs your menu, your town and your cuisine written in plain text so Google has something to match. Our guide on why your business isn't showing up on Google covers the usual blockers.
Is a PDF menu bad for SEO?
It doesn't help you, and it hurts the customer. A PDF opens as a document a phone has to download and pinch-zoom, and the dish names and prices inside it are far harder for Google to read and show than text on a normal web page. Someone searching for a dish you actually serve won't find you through a PDF. We build the menu as a page — same information, readable on a phone, editable in seconds when the fish changes.
How do I stop paying commission to the delivery apps?
Realistically you don't stop overnight — you shift the repeat orders. The platforms charge commission on every order and the exact rate depends on the agreement you signed, so check your own contract. Direct ordering through your own site costs you a flat monthly fee and a card processing fee, whatever the volume. Most places keep the apps for discovery and use flyers, receipts and a QR code on the table to move regulars to ordering direct.
Can you build online ordering with card payments?
Yes, but it's custom work rather than a standard page — quoted from €1,500 plus €125/month, because it involves payments, a live menu and order routing to the kitchen. Plenty of places start with the standard site and a simple order-by-phone or enquiry form, then add payments once the direct volume justifies it.
Can I update the menu myself?
Yes. Prices change, suppliers change, the specials change weekly — you shouldn't be emailing a designer about it. We set the menu up so you can edit dishes and prices yourself from your phone. The Starter plan also includes one content update a month from us if you'd rather hand it over.
How long does it take to go live?
We design and build your homepage first and show it to you before you pay anything. Once you approve it and send over your menu, your photos and your hours, most sites are live within 2 weeks.
